Notes and thoughts
-
Cooking method:
-
Smell and Taste:
- Smells heavily spiced but doesn't taste that spicy.
-
Texture:
-
Very interesting combination, on the outside it's browned and crispy.
On the inside it's soft and juicy.
-
For the future:
- Add some onions or carrots to help extend the supply of beef.
-
I would also add a small amount of bread crumbs since I noticed the beef
shrinking.
- Replace ground beef with ground lamb
