Breakfast Stuffing
If you have some leftover bread why not make a stuffing for breakfast?

Prep instructions
- With your bread tear into small scraps
- Mix French Toast Mixture
- Add and fold in bread scraps
- Let rest in mixture for 5 minutes
- Cut sausage and bell peppers
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Cooking instructions
- Add butter to pan, let it melt
- Add bell peppers, using medium-low heat cook until reduced
- Add sausage into pot,
- After the sausage has been cooked remove bell peppers and sausage, leave the fat from the sausage in the pan
- Add in the soaked bread scraps to the pan mix and flip occasionally
- When most of the bread has been browned add back the bell peppers and sausage. At this stage make sure they're in an oven safe container
- Place mixture in oven (350 Degrees Fahrenheit)
- Bake for 30 Minutes
Notes and thoughts
The leftover bread I used was store brought Naan, I had some leftovers when I made Arayes. Most of the time when I cook
I always look at what I have in the fridge or pantry then backtrack from there.
